Description

One evening as I was going to the Capitol South Metro Station near the Capitol Building in Washington DC I saw a group of people outside the Republican Club, a large white building just across the street from the Metro Station. I took this photo and then in Photoshop CS5.1 I used Filter Forge's "Rich and Creamy" to give this scene a slightly unreal effect.
